Add a title to item/fluid/energy interface UI

Short description:

I often forget which color is which interface. I want to go into the UI of that interface to see which one it is. Having a title in the UI for those parts would be helpful. Other parts do have a title like the importers, exporters, crafting interface, crafting writer, etc. Side Note: all sub-parts should likely have a title in their UI (except maybe the crafting terminal.
