Yarn suggest the following in its documentation:

.pnp.*
.yarn/*
!.yarn/patches
!.yarn/plugins
!.yarn/releases
!.yarn/sdks
!.yarn/versions

This would also make the Yarn section at the very bottom of this file obsolete.
