Overview

Let users save and name wallet addresses for quick selection when sending energy or tokens.

Acceptance Criteria

• Add/edit/delete named contacts
• Search contacts by name or address
• Show contact name in transaction history
• Import contacts from CSV
• Warn when sending to an unknown address
• QR code display for each contact

Technical Notes

• Store address book encrypted in localStorage
• Validate Stellar address format on entry
