Question: Is there an API

I want to make a Minecraft Mod that automatically searches for Structures using something like this, and adds them to Xaeros Worldmap as Waypoints, and i wanted to ask if theres any API or smthn like that that I could use (Im sorry if this is a stupid question, I havent had time to look into this more closely and a quick and easy answer would be very apreciated)
