In the Wallet component:

Add a text field and button which allows the user to send tez to any destination address
Add a text field and button which allows the user to delegate their tez to any baker address
Use Beacon to allow the above to work with any Beacon-compatible wallet
Test the above using any Tezos wallet, preferably Galleon Mobile
