More permissions things that are out of date:

Can't share a dataset folder
can't share dataset (or folder) with a team
team documentation says they're only for sharing filters and multitables
Allison thought moving datasets between projects wouldn't work after subdomains (?)
permissions(ds) doesn't do the whole cascade of who has permission, just direct dataset user shares
