Most likely, there will be no response.
for some reason, Creality does not want to provide the source code for the firmware for new printers labeled F401.
They also received messages of support (including me), and I received an evasive response. Suddenly, the support chat stopped working after I started confirming that I have a printer. As soon as I switched to a chat with a person, the chat ended immediately. And so on several times.

Actual source code is still not released, but anyone willing to try their luck - @navaismo just dropped his possible back port for this hardware in his community fork and made it available as release here

Be aware that F401 release is only for new C14 hardware!

I have tried several of the C14 firmwares in that repository and they either
Don't boot up
Won't print from Octoprint. It acts like it is printing but does not extrude any filament.
There is also https://github.com/Revoxxi/Marlin_2.1.2_E3V3SE_STM32F401_C14HARDWARE
But again, it will not extrude from Octoprint. I logged a bug but not response so far.
