Hi @martinkilbinger , with @pettorin we were wondering if there is a plan/idea on how to include systematics in my peaks pipeline to start obtaining more realistic results. Maybe we could add this to the agenda of a WL/ShapePipe telecon?

  • To apply the mask: for the MassiveNus we should get the shear from the available kappa maps, add noise and mask and reobtain kappa
  • strategy on systematics (intrinsic alignment, baryonic effects) needs to be further investigated and discussed
