Centralize doc that keep all the tool information and input format together #597
Description
Trying to help with issues such as PR#589/590, we can have a centralized doc that lists all the tool information and input format as a rule/skill document.
A plan would be to have the doc in our repo and copy it to mcp client's rule or skill folder if possible (Antigravity seems to be an easy one, but others will be harder), or we could have a new MCP tool that exposes all the ways to call other tools.
