Recommender Flow is Broken

When I complete the recommender flow and select Finish & Sign, the processing screen loads, but just returns me to the Finish & Sign screen without completing the work to sign and save the VC to Google Drive

@karenlpassmore Just checked the website and the recommendation flow is working fine, could you please confirm that you logged in before hit "Finish & Sign" button? if you not please try again
