Add initialization by qubit(s) state(s) for Fibonacci anyons, and set |00...0> as default

Instead of initializing a circuit via it's fusion state vector, we should be able to input a qubit(s) braket state, e.g. |00>, as an initial state. We can also set the state |00...0> as the default state.

We also need to handle the initialization of the roots in this case.
