Description

Remove reinitializePauseTypesAndPermissions from TokenBridge

Motivation

With the removal of the upgrade stuff on the TokenBridge and L2MessageService we still have the underlying permission init calls we aren't using

Tasks

  • Remove reinitializePauseTypesAndPermissions from TokenBridge

Acceptance criteria

  • PR accepted

  • Break existing tests

  • Add the documentation label in case there is an impact on the documentation
