fill_values update #66
Description
Currently a module has fill_dynamic_values, but a more general fill_values function that can fill dynamic, static, or all (non-pointer) params would be nice. The from_valid and to_valid functions also have plenty of overlap with the fill_values function so some consolidation could be done. Similarly, the node collections (NodeTuple and NodeList) could use a fill_values function that goes beyond list input.
