Consider a `zorder` like parameter

Might be interesting to create a zorder parameter like in matplotlib that would allow users to tell a param to place itself at a particular position in the order of dynamic parameters. This could allow users to organize the params in a way that makes more sense to them

To implement this, might be able to create the list of dynamic params, then just go through the list and move each param to the index it requests. then multiple equivalent values will just appear next to each other in the original ordering. Only problem would be that while doing this and low zorder number would mess with the ones above it, so some cleverness is needed. Perhaps would need to collect all the zorder params and move them from lowest to highest.
