Overview

If a recurring GHE notification summary issue has been closed then reopen the issue rather than creating a new one.

Requirements

See overview

Approach

  • Check for closed issues as we currently do for open ones before creating a new issue
  • If issue exists, reopen it and then add comments to that issue.
