Weapon not removable

Hello, I'm having a problem where, very often, when I'm dead in-game and then heal myself, I can open and use my inventory, but I can't take out any weapons. Does anyone have any ideas?

Framework: ESX Legacy (newest)

Ressource Version: Newest Ox inventory default Version

You'll need to provide more details, this issue doesn't to be widespread and possibly related to another resource.
Can you provide logs of this along with a video and any resources relating to death / weapon management.
