Description
During a firefight with raiders the error "penAmount or armorAmount are zero for Sharp on VAEA_Apparel_Quiver259761" popped up.
Expected behavior
No erroring.
To reproduce
Original fight was 5 bows, not sure if it happens with guns too. I will note that the quiver of the raider does not appear to be made of anything, as it just says 'quiver', instead of 'Cloth quiver' or similar.

- [ removing CE bricks the save] Disabled Combat Extended and attempted to reproduce the behavior without success.
