I'm not sure if it is OK to report mod conflict bugs related to CE here, if it isn't, just let me know, but I have a short list of mod conflicts mostly with Vanilla Expanded mods in the 1.6 version of Rimworld.
I will be attaching a Log file, and a mod list as well to this discussion.
When used with the 1.6 continuation of RunandGun (Maintained by Kotobike), Combat Extended fails to find the injection point when applying patch "Harmony_Compat_RunAndGun"
When used with Vanilla Weapons Expanded - Laser, CE fails to apply a patch for all content added by this mod.
Combat Extended fails to patch content from Vanilla Races Expanded - Archon, But this mod has many more issues irrelevant to CE anyways
Combat Extended fails to patch armour and weapons content from Vanilla Factions Expanded - Pirates, this includes all of the warcasket types and the warcasket weapons. Gameplay SEEMS to be unaffected, but the errors show up in the log regardless.
Combat Extended fails to patch several armour pieces from Vanilla Armour Expanded, including "VAE_Apparel_HeavyMarineArmor" and "VAE_Apparel_RoyalSiegeArmor"
Combat Extended has an issue with patching certain content from Royalty DLC when Vanilla Armour Expanded is installed
HERE you can find my game log file, with the first instance of a Combat Extended related patch failing.
