Investigate Crossref for publication search

Find new publications in CrossRef related to

1. Tags used in CKB
2. Topics existing in CKB

Provide a list of publications which do (probably) not exist in CKB (by document hash for example, or title)

Could be realized by a special page which periodically checks for updates. Other sources then CrossRef could be valuable too.
