quantum yield and selectivity columns in investigations #200

Currently there are errors with the QY, the column is sometimes used for selectivity. (I will start correcting this). The automatic selectivity calculation is not ideal as the articles don't always mention the by-products, which means we sometime display a selectivity of 100% when it's not necessarily the case. So maybe we need manual columns for selectivity too (but that would be one per product, so it takes a bit of space).
