Hi, thanks for your interest in the implant. Can you confirm the file-type you are using when saving? Most 3D printing services will not work with .ipt files, so you will likely need to save as STL or STP |

Hello! I was trying to 3D print the reduced payload holder (NP2) but got into trouble..

I changed the parameter to 1 and clicked save file. I got a 'Files outside of the active project' warning while trying to save the file. I continued with 'Yes' for saving the file and all it's dependences. Then when I try to upload the file for 3D printing it has the error of not being able to detect 3D model in the file. The preview for the updated file also looks different - with outlines rather than a smooth model, as attached. I'm new to Inventor and I wonder if there's something simple that I missed, e.g. the proper way of loading/saving project etc! Thank you so much!
