Recursive inline element translation issue

I have used this plugin into my project and I am facing issue with the recursive mask inline element translation. Can you plz guide me how I can solve this issue. If there is some configuration issue ... ?

"tx_mask_icon_box_text" this field is not getting translated.

I have done this configuration as well but still not getting the translations
