We're seeing trainees struggle with:
- Understanding what question is being asked and why before answering it
- Framing "We haven't done this" in a growth mindset way (e.g. turning "Does your product do X?" "No, it doesn't" into "At the moment it does Y which is related, here's how we'd make it do X"
- Common post-demo questions (e.g. "Was X a good trade-off", "What was good/bad about this tech you used", "Are you glad you used this tech?", "What would you do differently next time")
