Better curate Codewars katas

We have curated collections of exercises on Codewars https://www.codewars.com/users/CodeYourFuture/authored_collections

But these are not super well targeted to the current modules (and particularly each sprint). Also, some of the exercises in there aren't amazing, and we could probably add some.

We should produce new collections which target at least each module in ITP if not each sprint, and curate them a bit better.

Initial thoughts from a first look over the ITP ones:

• https://www.codewars.com/kata/5672a98bdbdd995fad00000f seems like a good task, but it also includes an image that doesn't work in the UK. It's also listed in both js1 and js2
• https://www.codewars.com/kata/582e4c3406e37fcc770001ad - do we expect them to understand the nuances between different "ES" versions? There must be a better example to introduce template strings
• https://www.codewars.com/kata/566dc05f855b36a031000048/ in js3 I understand what this task is asking for, but the wording feels like it would either easily confuse a trainee, or just give them the answer to the problem if they read it right
• https://www.codewars.com/kata/59441520102eaa25260000bf/ in js3 - I understand the learning objective, but is that something we need to teach? also, agreed about the point above the common answers are very unprofessional for CYF
• https://www.codewars.com/kata/55d2603d506a40e162000056 is already in js3, so can probably be removed from arrays and objects

Another thing I've noticed is that the collection descriptions could be better improved (if we are intending the trainees to browse these tasks via the codewars site). Some are empty, some describe the purpose of the collection, some give hints specific to a collection or generally applicable programming advice

How many do we want to require in order to submit steps? e.g. in https://programming.codeyourfuture.io/structuring-data/success/ we currently say 60% for that module. Do we want to target 3 from each per-sprint collection? Or 100% of all per-sprint collections? Or something else?

Experiencing a issue with Codewars Collections. I can't add katas through to the Structuring and Testing Data collections as they aren't appearing in the menu to add to.

Three at least from each per-sprint collection feels like a minimum. My ideal would be people doing a kata per day-ish and landing at 5 completed per sprint. But that could be seen as a stretch.

Let's stay at three as a minimum, that is enough brain training with everything else they have going on. I could make some of those collections smaller as a result- or shall i let them be?

Do any of them feel much more important than the others?

If so, maybe we could split into a "mandatory" and "stretch" collection each?

If not, "any 3" feels reasonable regardless of size :)

I'm going to make a mandatory and stretch collection for each. It's a lot of collections but hopefully helps direct learning.
Mandatory will be max 4 katas. Stretch will be variable but minimum 2 i reckon.
