Support dynamic inventory updates

Receiving an item via inventory offer from another resident should not require restarting the bot to redownload the inventory (or any similarly stupid tricks such as reinitiating a download).

Opposed to this, the transfer of no-copy items should also be removing the item from the local inventory cache.
