the command does not fail:

#  anvil-manage-server-system --boot-menu no --server an-test-deploy1
Working with the server: [an-test-deploy1], UUID: [427d1401-3302-4679-a998-a05f17c268ef]
Boot Menu enabled now: [No]
- The boot menu has been updated.

It has no effect on the VM still show boot menu
