Hi,

I'm interested in trying CloakBrowser Cloud and have a couple of questions.

Could you share the approximate pricing and how many concurrent browser sessions are included or supported?

Also, I'd like to know whether you monitor or inspect users' browser sessions or browsing activity in any way, or are the sessions completely private?

Pricing for CloakBrowser Cloud is quoted per setup rather than listed as fixed tiers, since it depends on concurrency and usage. Send us a note at support@cloakbrowser.dev with a bit of detail and we'll come back with a concrete number.

On privacy: sessions are isolated per customer, each with its own container and profile storage, and your token can only ever reach your own browsers. We record connection metadata only (connect, disconnect, session duration) for capacity planning. We do not inspect, record, or store the pages you visit or the traffic inside your sessions. You bring your own proxy, so your browsing egress never touches our network.

To quote you accurately, include:

1. Peak concurrent browsers you need, and roughly how many hours a day they run
2. What you're automating, at a high level
3. Whether you already have residential or mobile proxies (bring-your-own-proxy is required)
4. Which region you need low latency to
5. Your stack: Python, Node, or .NET, and Playwright or Puppeteer
6. When you'd want to start
