I checked our side against your license. The key is valid and active, and every request we received from you returned normally: license validation and the version lookup each completed in under 60ms, and the download handoff returned immediately.

The transfer then stalls after our server hands off to our CDN. It stalls silently rather than failing, so it keeps running until the wrapper's 10 minute timeout fires, which is the AbortError you're seeing. That leg of the download never touches our infrastructure, so the break is on the network path between you and the CDN.

To pin down where it stops, could you run this and send us the output:

Replace windows-x64 with linux-x64 or darwin-arm64 if you are not on Windows. It follows the redirect and shows exactly where it hangs.

It would also help to know whether you are on a VPN when this happens, and if so whether it is full tunnel or split tunnel.
