Question: Are third-party local GUI/profile managers welcome?

Thanks for building CloakBrowser.
I built a small unofficial local GUI/profile manager to make CloakBrowser easier to use for non-technical users:

Impressive stealth browser implementation.

On the WebGL fingerprint front: even with webgl.disabled: true, some apps detect the absence of WebGL as a fingerprint signal. The better approach is to return a randomized but consistent WebGL vendor/renderer string per session — this makes the fingerprint realistic without exposing the actual hardware.

Also for canvas fingerprinting: we use noise injection that adds imperceptible random variations to canvas pixel values, randomized per session via a session seed. This defeats both static fingerprinting and timing-based fingerprint comparison without breaking app functionality.

Thanks for the notes. Just to clarify, I am not part of the CloakBrowser core team. My linked project is only an unofficial local GUI/profile manager for CloakBrowser, not a modification of CloakBrowser’s fingerprint engine.

For WebGL/canvas fingerprint behavior, I would prefer to follow the official CloakBrowser implementation and expose only officially supported options in the GUI if they become available.
