Build to Earn Model

1. 20% of net product revenue goes into a Contributor Revenue Pool
2. Quarterly payouts via Open Collective for full transparency

4. First 10 Core Maintainers get an additional 0.5% lifetime revenue share

If Clawland generates $50,000 net revenue in Q3:

• Developer with 500 / 1000 total points: $5,000 for the quarter
