This is not donation-ware. Clawland operates a revenue-sharing model:

• 20% of all net product revenue goes into the Contributor Revenue Pool
• Distributed quarterly based on transparent contribution points
• First 10 Core Maintainers get an additional 0.5% lifetime revenue share
• Revenue sources: hardware kit sales, SaaS subscriptions, consulting
