@AntoineKopij we need to decide if this bookdown gitbook-style documentation setup works for everyone, because than I would suggest we cleanup the repository and keep all documentation (& also code) in Rmarkdown files, which gets rendered on the website (in stead of general markdown, only the readme.md makes sense to keep in md so github renders it correctly) . Ok if we remove the duplicate markdown/rmarkdown files ?
