🎉 Week 2 Milestones: v0.3.0 Stable + First Contributor + 1,100+ Downloads

Two weeks since CSL-Core's first commit hit GitHub and PyPI. What a ride.

🚀 v0.3.0 is now stable. CSL-Core has officially exited alpha. Same engine, same Z3 verification, same deterministic enforcement; now production-proven inside Project Chimera v1.7.0.

📦 1,100+ PyPI downloads in 14 days; with nearly zero marketing budget, purely organic discovery.

👤 First community policy contribution! Huge congratulations to @Flames4fun for submitting a CSL policy to examples/community/. This is a landmark moment for the project; it means CSL isn't just something we use internally, it's a language others can pick up, learn, and write real policies in. Thank you for being the first. 🏆

⭐ Featured in awesome-mcp-servers (81K+ stars); CSL-Core's MCP server is now listed alongside major tools in the ecosystem.
