Also, a cheater joined my game and lagged/kicked everyone out of my lobby, changing their names with a modded color font and making everyone's character color different.

And spawning items also need to be patched. Some kid was spawning in numerous clock valuables.

Another thing to consider is that these cheaters use a certain exploit to make other people chat something racist or any word that the cheaters like, so it would make all players in the game/lobby chat whatever the cheater inputs.

That is something I can look into.

I don't think it can be stopped. Might have to wait for kicking to be implemented by the developers.

yes, I didn't see the changes on my side, but my friend screenshotted their pause menu to show that they can see it, but I cannot.

Did they have the same mods as you? Everyone but the cheaters need the mod. As the "host" you can't stop them from sending RPCs to other clients. The Photon Network is the one sending them. You can only drop malformed ones locally. That's why the developers implementing kicking serverside and/or adding checks to the RPCs themselves is the way forward.
