[Mod Conflict] LateJoin

With repoanticheat and with latejoin both enabled players are unable to fully load into the match when joining late.

enable both mods
play game until you get to the "after-shop lobby"
have someone join the game.

the player who joins the lobby late does not need to have either mod
i tested this with the mods installed on the joining client and without

I think I may already know the issue, so I'm gonna work on it.

Awesome. Yea we've been having a lot of weird connectivity issues when the host has this mod enabled. Many people with or without this mod aren't able to join the initial lobby either, but I couldn't pinpoint the reasoning to make a report. I'm sure it's probably a mod conflict of some kind, but idk. Is there a way to report logs from a player who gets instantly disconnected?
