membrain_pick and membrain_stats confusion #9
Description
We are confused about what really gets installed. Does installing according to instructions also install membrain-pick and membrain-stats? These packages seem to be installed:
python3.12/site-packages/membrain_stats
python3.12/site-packages/membrain_pick
The versions on pypi differ from this repo. Is this the intended method? Should we then go ahead and use bin/membrain_stats and bin/membrain_pick?
