It is assumed everyone uses 488nm blue but not everyone will have just one laser setup.
If a model was trained on a different wavelength laser it won't transfer.
As well as laser wavelength, detector wavelengths are not tied to a specific number. The channels are just "red" not e.g. 600nm
As of now, this would require cyz2json updates, possibly even cyzAPI updates, before bringing that updated version into flowcytometertool and accessing the wavelength data.
