Lab Reports - collapse by default, click to expand

Current: Lab Reports are below fold, as formatted text

Desired: Make Lab Report (or sub header - tbd) collapsed by default, so user can choose to expand.

Collapsed by default would create cleaner and potentially less intimidating(?) 'landing' on experiment page, but still make details easy to navigate to if user is motivated.

@robertmhudson @lmbarrier tried adding in, but modifications cause MD of contained text to fail (creating unformatted text displaying on both GH and pages views). These additions were removed in later commits to roll back to correct texting formatting.
