Direct transferability of clustering results

Dear developer, hello! I am a biological science researcher and I am not clear about the actual principles of the tools. Therefore, I would like to ask if the results in dataset A can be directly transferred to dataset B? What I mean is, if I obtained 11 clusters in A, can I obtain the corresponding 11 clusters in B? Similar to using A in a supervised learning manner to build a new machine learning model and then use it on B?
