As a student, I want an Office Hours Queue where I can add my question (with course topic and brief details) and see my position/status, so that I know when I’ll be helped and don’t have to repeatedly post or ask in chat.
As a TA/instructor, I want to view, claim, and update questions in the queue (Waiting -> In Progress -> Resolved), so that office hours are organized and students are helped fairly and efficiently.

- It is prioritized because it is essential for a course Q&A site - we should create a dedicated office hours queue system/category so students can see their place in line and TAs can claim/track questions (Waiting -> In Progress -> Resolved)
