Create an Instructor-Only View Button + Update Title to Reflect Instructor Only when Toggled

Introduce an “Instructor-Only View” toggle/button that allows instructors to restrict visibility of a post or view to instructors only. When this mode is enabled, the post title should automatically update to clearly indicate that it is instructor-only (e.g., prefixed with [Instructor Only]).
