[Bug]: Distance whilst using a weapon scope not working

Description

In the weapon options setting in the F2 menu, go down to scope settings and despite having the "Whether the distance should be shown when using a weapon scope" option enabled, the distance does not show up whilst using a weapon scope.

Expected behaviour

Once you have enabled the setting, you should zoom into your scope and the distance from where your aiming at should show up (e.g. 100m)

Steps to reproduce

1. Press F2 and go into weapon options
2. Go down to Scop Settings and Enable the "Whether the distance should be shown when using a weapon scope" option at the bottom.
3. Get a sniper and aim in through the Scope and the distance at the bottom wont show up even though you have the setting enabled
