[Bug]: HMP drone bug

Is there an existing issue for this?

Description

When using the /drone command I can use the drone as normal but others can not see the drone

Expected behaviour

For others to see the drone and for it not to be invisible

Steps to reproduce

1. Clock on HMP
2. Do /drone
3. get someone else to look at the drone see if they can see it
