We have the following:

2x Eddi
2x Harvi
1x Zappi

previously these were all integrated into HA and reporting figures but they stopped recently. I removed the integration and re-added, but it's only pulled in the 2x Eddi and 1x Zappi.

Both the Harvi aren't showing in HA (no created devices at all)

They do show correctly in the MyEnergi app (one Harvi is intermittent due to signal, but the other is always reporting)

AnythingI can do to get the all reporting?

I also have limited entities on those that have been pulled in - eg Zappi monitors my grid, but all I have is:

Charge Mode
Device Priority
Minimum Green Level

No Zappi usage, or CTs reported?

This is not an integration issue, or you have missed the change in entity names, or the Harvi's aren't linked to the Master correctly.

Hi @bensebborn
Is there anything interesting in the logs?
Can you restore a backup from when it all worked?

You need to check the Harvi's are showing in the Master Linked Devices including all other devices, this is a local setup issue.

I can confirm the Harvi are showing on the API?

Does anyting look incorrect?

It's interesting that "sno":x, on an on-line json decoder reports "sno":x, as a syntax error. So why is your API returning x for the serial number or did you remove them.

Did you check the Harvis' are showing on the Master under Link Devices?

I removed the serials before pasting in here.

Will check master now

Also I only have a handful of Zappi sensors. The charge status is missing too. Very strange. That’s with a fresh install.

Here’s what Zappi (master) is showing

Seeks fine I think?

So that means Master, App and API are all correct. Which only leaves the integration? Unless I’ve missed something?

Saying that there’s no power showing on the zappi for the Harvis. Do they usually?

Shows ok on app

The issue appears to be one of the Harvi's has a shortened / malformed serial number.

What does that Harvi say its serial number is on the rear of the case?

@bensebborn

I think it’s right it’s just an earlier model but will check later when home

Why would this mean most of my Zappi sensors are missing though?

If during processing of devices a malformed serial caused a programme error.

Can you remove the Harvi in question to see if it resolves the issue. It's a relatively simple test.

I have exactly same issue. I lost all sensors from myenergi except Charge Mode, Device Priority and Minimum Green Level. This happened 01/09/2025. I find it unlikely that two persons experience the same issue at the same time and it would be a device malfunction.

If you have updated HA in the interim; most likely, have you tried rewinding to a previous backup to see if that was the cause? Easy to accomplish and only takes a few minutes to test.

Previous backup with core 2024.10.4 works fine and all devices and entities are available. Upgraded only the core to the latest and entities become unavailable except for the mentioned 3.
