We have some suggested defaults in /docs/howto/bootstrap/collect.md.
We can split them out into separate files, then include them back in this page.
This would also allow us to include them individually on their respective decision point pages, making that information accessible to readers regardless how they got there.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Status quo: leave the suggestions in collect.md only. It's been ok so far, but now that we're taking a more "random-access" approach to the content it seems like a little redundancy in presentation wouldn't hurt (and we can avoid content redundancy through the use of static includes.
Move defaults to reference pages only. This would remove relevant content from the collect.md page, and make it less useful.
Additional context
We might consider separating collect.md into separate pages, making "guidance for evidence gathering" its own page. But that would be a separate issue from this, which is just about replicating the "tip" boxes with defaults to the decision point pages.
