Describe the problem+solution+alternatives

Based on the work you are doing on the authorization model here 23 -
Once anonymous users won't be able to modify crucial information (like indexing/compacting/config values), it would be best to concentrate all admin abilities on a new/existing tab (maybe the Config one ?), and reflect more abilities through the UI.

I would love to see there:

  • Indexing/compacting abilities (all/smart).
  • Controlling UrsaDB config values like merge_max_files, merge_max_datasets and more.
  • Controlling values from plugins.
  • Optional - statistics from recently indexed files (in last 24h for example), or any data that could verify that the background reindexing process is working
