replace baronams.com I/O API links in the SMOKE manual

In the GRIDDESC section of the SMOKE manual (https://cmascenter.org/smoke/documentation/5.2/html/ch06s04s07.html), it links to an unavailable page hosted on baronams.com. This can get replaced with a link to the CMAS Center hosted page:

https://cmascenter.org/ioapi/documentation/all_versions/html/GRIDDESC.html

There may be other instances linking to the baronams.com domain which should have corresponding pages on the CMAS Center site.

Url for GRIDDESC and a few more urls referring to baronams.com had been updated to point to IOAPI on cmascenter.org

There are, however, outdated documentations and urls in the SMOKE User Manual that still need to be updated.
