RDS Graviton migration for dmptool #780
Description
Even though this RDS instance isn't part of the reservations for 2026, we would still benefit from the savings Graviton benefits us. So we will schedule the graviton upgrade. It's a multi-AZ operation so no downtime is expected.
Here is the maintenance window for DMP2 PRD.

We can schedule this to occur during business hours so IAS doesn't have to be up at 1am on a Saturday night. We would like someone to be available in the very unlikely event that something doesn't go as planned. (edited)
