maybee you would want to keep github repo in sync with tagged version

Hello Eric,

To be fully transparent, version 4.1.1 should not have been pushed to main before the Docker Hub deployment was ready, the new datasets were properly documented, the changelist was completed, and the version was correctly tagged.
