Shells out to get the value of sysctl net.netfilter.nf_conntrack_count

bin: The path to the sysctl binary
sudo_cmd: Path to sudo
use_sudo: Use sudo?
enabled: Enable collecting these metrics
byte_unit: Default numeric output(s)
